MAXSEA-VINTAGE MERMAID CARTOON

Maxsea is the name I own for this mermaid.  She is a smart-alec vintage old broad.  You never know what she is going to say next.  She reminds me, in a way, of Maxine - my favorite cartoon character.  Maxsea is a work-in-progress.  I am still working on her and she will not shut up -  really getting on my last nerve! She says:  Ugly? Your Mama! If I Look Ugly It Is Because You Can't Sea!!!
